Compassionate Thought Partner

Welcome to my openhearted sacred soul work- Karegrounds Clarity LLC.  I am Karen Rebecca and I am grateful for so many life changing gifts of opportunities through out my life. Please allow me to share several.

When I was 9 years old my mom introduced me to Transcendental Meditation (TM) with a walking mantra and I loved it so much when I became a teenager I received the TM seated practice initiation and have continued it daily for over 40 years.

I’m originally from Syracuse, NY. and in 1994 the company I worked for moved my newlywedded family to So. California- best gift ever! I have been in the field of Human Resources all my professional life and shared in thousands of people’s career lifecycles ushering with dignity and grace as some flourished, others crumbled.  

In 2006 after my divorce, I embarked on a personal journey of self-inquiry and exploration- the quest for life. I studied all kinds of interests and modalities: vegetarianism, veganism, vision boards, creative visualization, Buddhism, minimalism, New Thought, A course in miracles, off grid in a tiny house and a yurt, Shamanism, sound healing, yoga, Reiki, crystals, chakras, essential oils, mindfulness and silent meditation retreats, mentoring and coaching.

In 2016 I earned the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and in early 2022 I became a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) both through International Coaching Federation (ICF).  I also started sharing my meditation practices in individual and group settings. In 2019 I became an Usui Holy Fire Reiki practitioner and in early 2022 I became a Reiki Master.

I have explored and travelled to some distant parts including countries within: East Africa, England, Canada, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Vietnam, Thailand, Bermuda, Jamaica, Brasil, Bahamas, Grand Cayman Island, Mexico, and Germany. It's an honor to learn the wisdom and sacredness of many cultures.   I have struggled and moved through so many spaces of brilliance, bigotry, creativity, death, adoption, obesity, grief, growth, change, unlearning, ignorance, acceptance and still I rise to the ever-expanding possibilities of the gift of LIFE.  I build bridges and believe in creating entry points for everyone while leaving places better than when I arrived.
