This 90 minute booking includes the Values identification, exploration, and coaching session: +What this package includes: Pre- work and Post work to get ready and carry your through. +Onsite or Virtual 90 minute session + Your prework Values Worksheet completion and current out picturing +Inventory and assessing where you are and where you want to be- and it may change! + Exploration, Overlay of Life Spheres and the 180's + Planting the seed +Embodiment plan to build your values muscle I offer an integrated choice approach that gives you: +Space to think, speak, and explore beliefs, habits, and emotions beneath your chosen words that may be driving your actions and unintended outcomes. YOU have a safe space with full agency on how far you want to take this.
