At Karegrounds Clarity, we offer Reiki Healing, a Japanese practice that harmonizes body and mind by channeling natural life force energy ("Ki"). Additionally, the Balinese attunement called Om Shiva Murti is blended for a unique experience of clearing stuck energy using the eyes, breath and hands over a specific area for gentle release. The hands-on techniques promote relaxation and balance, alleviating anxiety and stress while fostering overall well-being.
